Refund policy

At Bella Marie, we strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following options:

• Refunds: You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges: You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Sale Items: Items purchased in a sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Condition of Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Any items returned with makeup, perfume, stains, or signs of wear will be declined and sent back to the original address.

• Return Postage: Customers are responsible for returning items at their own cost. We highly recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

• Right to Decline: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy. Rejected returns will be sent back to the original address provided at purchase.
